Born in Weinan City , Shannxi Province.
1996.9 ~2001.7   Master and Ph.D.,School of Psychology, Beijing Normal University.
Associate professor of BIT, mainly teaching the following courses: Organizational Behavior for EMBA and MBA students, Employee Selection and Assessment for graduates and Human Resource Management for undergraduates.
